Silvia Fernandez Palomar

Un Sedicesimo 56

€5.00

Follow the lines and create your picture book – write, draw, scribble and don’t forget to add the title and your name on the cover. Un Sedicesimo 56 is a small book with an aestethic reminiscent of vintage notebooks and stationery, one of the author’s greatest passions.

Silvia Fernandez Palomar was born in Madrid in 1990. She is currently based in Madrid where she works as an independent designer and artist. She has been awarded with the Spanish National Prize of Design (2019), a prestigious recognition in the field of design.
Prior to this, she lived in New York, working for Designit, an international strategic design studio, and in Rome, where she developed a project based on Munari’s research at the Spanish Academy of Rome.
Silvia studied Fine Art at the Universidad Complutense (Madrid) and Graphic Design at ESD (Madrid).
Her portfolio includes children’s picture books, campaigns for theatre festivals, and creative notebooks or digital tools. She is also interested in the evolution of design and stationery tools that no longer exist. That’s why she is always coming up with new pieces of stationery that she sells on her website silviaferpal.com
